BESSIE ZIEBART
Hoopeston , Il. Mrs. Bessie Ziebart, 60, of Milford Route 1 , died at 3:10
a.m. Friday (July 11, 1958) in Lake View Hospital where she had been
admitted eight hours previously.
Mrs. Ziebart was born Sept. 15, 1897 in Salem, In., daughter
of Frank and Arabelle Wilson Briscoe. She was married to Albert Ziebart
March 2, 1910 , at Prairie Green. He preceded her in death Nov. 21, 1957.
Surviving are two sons, Glen of Hoopeston and Harold F. of
Milford route 1; two sisters, Mrs. Richard Cowan of Bismarck and Mrs. Nellie
Buck of Sheldon; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A sister preceded her in death.
Mrs. Ziebart was a member of the Prairie Green Church of
Christ.
The body is at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Hoopeston where
friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday. Services will be at 2
p.m. DST Sunday at the funeral home, with burial in Sugar Creek Cemetery east of

HAROLD ZIEBART
HAROLD ZIEBART, 63 OF MILFORD DIED AT 10:05 A.M. Sunday Aug. 29 at Carle
Hospital where he had been a patient one week. He was born at Prairie
Green Township March 12, 1913, the son of Albert and Bessie Briscoe
Ziebart. He married Janet VonDrack Aug. 3, 1948 at Cleveland Ohio.
He was a member of the Prairie Green Church of Christ.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 1, at the Barker Funeral
Home in Milford with Rev. Neil Larimore officiating. Burial will be in the Sugar
Creek Cemetery.
Visitation Tuesday evening from 7-9 at the funeral home.

Milford_ Jane Ziebart, 76 former resident of Milford passed away at 4:30
A.M. Friday, January 12, at the Danville Care Nursing Home in Danville, where
she had been a resident for the past two years.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 26 1902, she was the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Von Drasek. She was married on August 3, 1948 to
Harold Ziebart, who preceded her in 1976 . She was also preceded in death
by one son.
Surviving is one grandson, one brother in law, Glen Ziebart
of Hoopeston and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Ziebart was a member of the Milford Christian Church.
Services were held at 1 P.M. Sunday at the Barker Funeral
Home in Milford, with the Rev. Neil Larimore of the Milford Christian Church
officiating. Burial was at the Sugar Creek Chapel Cemetery. (Contributed by

GLEN ZIEBART
Hoopeston, Ill. Services will be at 2 P.M. Monday at the Brown-Alkire
Funeral Home in Hoopeston for Glen A. Ziebart, 68 , of 605 S. Seventh St.
He died Friday , Feb. 24, 1983 at his home. Death was attributed to
natural causes.
The Rev. Jonathan Drake will officiate. Burial will be in
Floral Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. today at the
funeral home.
Tthe family has requested that memorials be in the form of contributions to the
American Cancer Society or United Methodist Church of Hoopeston.
Born Oct. 17, 1915, in Wellington, he was a son of Albert and
Bessie Briscoe Ziebart. He married Margaret B. Ferrell in Hoopeston July
23, 1958. She Survives.
He was a shipping and receiving clerk at the Joan Of Arc
Cannery for 32 years. After retiring in 1972, he worked as a shipping and
receiving clerk for the Schumacher Electric Corp., Hoopeston, for several years.
He was a Army Master-Sergeant in Germany during World War II
and later served in the Korean War.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Veterans of
Foreign Wars, Moose Lodge and Conservation Club, all of Hoopeston.
Survivors include three sons, Maurice of Danville, Ralph of
South Bend, Ind. and David of Bloomington, Ind.; two daughters, Shirley
McMasters of Danville, and Christine Lotz of Peoria, Il.; 11 grandchildren 10
great-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in
